Duties and responsibilities include: • Interpret design comments and sit in on fittings to facilitate comments and add to product specification pages. • Responsible for best possible target margin and negotiate costing, surcharges, mould charges, set up fee's etc • Stay up to date with manufacturing industry standards • Maintain written LXS for fabric, colour, cost price, neg sell, minimums, lead times, vendor, delivery dates, descriptions etc • Conceptualise ranges through research both on the internet and first hand, travel to locations and stores for field research, stay up to date with market trends and competitors products. • Test products - surfing, trekking, all round travelling.
